Terms & Conditions – SolSetu Vendor Marketing

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation of vendors (“You”, “Vendor”, or “Participant”) in the SolSetu Marketing and Lead Generation Program (“Program”), offered by SolSetu (“We”, “Us”, “Our”). By purchasing or subscribing to marketing leads through SolSetu, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the Program

SolSetu provides a digital marketplace that connects verified solar vendors with potential customers who have expressed interest in solar solutions. The Program enables vendors to receive customer leads based on selected geographic targeting such as City, State, or PAN India.

2. Nature of Leads

  • Leads provided by SolSetu include basic customer information such as name, location, contact number, and requirement details (where available).
  • Each lead represents a potential customer who has shown interest in solar-related services through SolSetu’s platform, campaigns, or partner channels.
  • SolSetu does not guarantee sales conversion or project closure.

3. Vendor’s Responsibility for Conversion

  • Once a lead is delivered, the vendor is solely responsible for contacting, engaging, and converting that lead into a customer.
  • SolSetu’s role is limited to generating and providing qualified leads. The final conversation, proposal, negotiation, and sale are entirely managed by the vendor.
  • SolSetu shall not be held responsible for any lack of response, unsuccessful conversion, or communication outcomes between the vendor and the customer.

4. Payment & Pricing

  • Leads are sold on a prepaid basis through the SolSetu platform using WooCommerce or other integrated payment systems.
  • Each lead is priced as per the “Price per Lead” displayed at the time of purchase or subscription.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

5. Lead Delivery

  • After successful payment, leads are assigned and displayed in the vendor dashboard.
  • Delivery may occur instantly or within a reasonable processing time depending on system updates and lead verification.
  • Leads once delivered are considered consumed and non-refundable.

6. Refunds & Disputes

  • SolSetu does not provide refunds for leads already delivered unless a clear technical or duplicate error is proven.
  • Any dispute regarding lead quality must be raised via email to support@solsetu.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Each dispute will be investigated case-by-case. SolSetu’s decision will be final.

7. Fair Usage & Misuse

  • Vendors must not share, resell, or misuse customer information provided by SolSetu.
  • Leads are intended strictly for the vendor’s internal business use.
  • Any misuse of customer data may result in termination of access and potential legal action.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

  • SolSetu collects and shares customer data strictly in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy.
  • Vendors are responsible for handling customer data securely and ethically.

9. Limitation of Liability

SolSetu shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from lead generation, communication failures, or any commercial outcomes. Vendors understand that all conversions depend on their own sales efforts, responsiveness, and proposal quality.

10. Updates & Modifications

SolSetu reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Vendors are encouraged to review this page periodically for the latest version.
