We are hiring a Sales Executive (B2B/B2C) to drive vendor subscriptions & ad sales while building long-term client relationships.
🔹 Responsibilities
Pitch and sell vendor subscription plans (Free, Gold, Platinum) to solar companies.
Promote and close deals for advertising packages (banner ads, sponsored listings, featured posts) on SolSetu.com.
Build and manage strong relationships with solar manufacturers, EPC contractors, installers, and vendors.
Generate new B2B & B2C leads through outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, events).
Conduct online product demos of the vendor dashboard and listing features.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for subscriptions and ads.
Collect and analyze client feedback to improve SolSetu’s offerings.
Work closely with the marketing and support teams to align sales campaigns.
Represent SolSetu in solar expos, webinars, and industry networking events (as required).
🔹 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of proven B2B/B2C sales experience (Solar/Renewable Energy industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of digital ad sales, subscriptions, and SaaS-based business models.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools, WordPress dashboards, and online ad placements.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work remotely & independently.
Comfortable with remote client meetings, product demos, and outbound calls.
