SolSetu.com is India’s first Solar Vendor–Client Directory & Knowledge Hub. We connect trusted solar manufacturers, EPCs, and vendors with customers across India while simplifying solar adoption through schemes like PM Surya Ghar Yojana and PM-KUSUM.
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide excellent support to both vendors and customers who use our platform.
🔹 Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for vendors and customers via email, chat, WhatsApp, and calls.
Assist vendors with listing creation, claim process, payments, and dashboard usage.
Support clients in finding relevant solar vendors, products, and government scheme details.
Handle inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with empathy and efficiency.
Maintain support ticket records and ensure timely resolution.
Provide feedback to the product and sales teams to improve user experience.
Collaborate with the marketing team on customer success campaigns and FAQs.
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by delivering professional, clear, and friendly communication.
🔹 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (any stream, Engineering/Energy background is a plus).
1–2 years of experience in Customer Support / Client Servicing.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a bonus).
Familiarity with CRM tools, WordPress dashboards, and support ticketing systems.
Ability to handle multiple queries simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment.
Problem-solving mindset with strong patience and empathy.
Comfortable working remotely and independently.
