These Advertising Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all advertising, sponsored content, and promotional placements (“Advertising”) purchased or published on SolSetu.com (the “Platform”). By submitting an order or advertisement, the advertiser (“Advertiser”) agrees to the following terms:

1. Advertising Services
1.1 SolSetu offers advertising services including but not limited to:
Banner ads
Sponsored listings
Featured vendors
Sponsored articles/posts
Social media promotions
1.2 The type, placement, duration, and pricing of Advertising shall be agreed upon in the Advertising Order Form or Invoice.

2. Content Guidelines
2.1 Advertiser is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of advertising content.
2.2 SolSetu reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement that:
Is misleading, false, or offensive.
Infringes intellectual property rights.
Violates Indian laws, government guidelines, or advertising standards.
2.3 All solar-related claims (subsidies, prices, guarantees) must be verifiable.

3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment for Advertising must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 Fees are non-refundable once the campaign has started, except in cases of proven technical error by SolSetu.

4. Placement & Performance
4.1 SolSetu will use reasonable efforts to deliver the agreed placement and duration.
4.2 SolSetu does not guarantee specific results (clicks, leads, conversions), unless explicitly mentioned in the Advertising Order.
4.3 Performance reports may be shared on request.

5. Termination & Suspension
5.1 SolSetu may suspend or terminate an advertisement if:
The Advertiser breaches these Terms.
Payment is not received.
The content is found to be unlawful or harmful.
5.2 In such cases, no refund will be issued.

6. Liability & Indemnity
6.1 Advertiser shall indemnify and hold harmless SolSetu from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Advertising content.
6.2 SolSetu’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Advertiser for the specific campaign.

7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Goa.

8. General
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Advertiser and SolSetu.
SolSetu reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with notice posted on the Platform.
