The 15-Day Engineer & EPC Masterclass is SolSetu’s flagship program for engineers, project managers and ambitious entrepreneurs who want end-to-end expertise in solar EPC — from detailed design and simulation to procurement, tendering, finance, SCADA, large-scale plant engineering (ground-mounted), and running an EPC operation.
This program blends classroom theory, advanced software labs, live rooftop and ground-mount practicals, vendor visits and a capstone project that simulates a real EPC delivery.

- Loss analysis, derating factors, performance ratio concepts
Days 3–4 — System Design & Protection
- DC/AC system sizing for small and medium systems, stringing strategies
- Protection design: SPDs, fusing, selective coordination, earthing design
- Detailed 1-line diagrams & protection coordination
Days 5–6 — Software Labs (Helioscope / PVSyst / PV*SOL)
- Hands-on project creation, layout optimization and yield simulation
- Loss model configuration, PR assessment and exportable BOM
Day 7 — Site Survey, Topography & Ground-Mount Basics
- Contour maps, land assessment, tilt & row-spacing optimization
- Ground-mount ramming vs pile systems, soil & civil checks
Day 8 — KUSUM & Government Schemes (Engineering & Filing)
- KUSUM components A/B/C engineering considerations and documentation
- Subsidy calculation models and portal workflows
Day 9 — Procurement, Quality & Vendor Management
