From Local Beginnings to National Presence

VOLTX Solar and Electricals LLP began in 2016 in Varangaon under the leadership of Mayur Pradip Kolte. What started as a local initiative grew fast—rooted in quality, customization, and client education. In fewer than ten years, VOLTX completed over 300 projects, spanning rooftops, solar pumps, on-grid/off-grid systems, hybrid BESS installations, and full O&M services.

Project Highlight: Hybrid Microgrid

One flagship project was a hybrid microgrid for a remote manufacturing plant that relied heavily on diesel. Heavy machinery created large transient loads and frequent outages. VOLTX designed a hybrid system pairing high-efficiency PV arrays with a robust Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and an intelligent controller. Solar powered daytime operations while the BESS covered night loads and demand spikes; the grid was retained purely as a fallback. The outcome: near-zero diesel consumption, uninterrupted production, and substantial cost savings.

Challenges & Solutions

The main challenge was not engineering but education. Clients often worry about performance, maintenance, and hidden costs. VOLTX tackled this with a consultative sales process—presenting tailored ROI models, payback analyses, and performance simulations. Every client gets a thorough onboarding, hands-on training, a custom O&M plan, and access to a monitoring portal for live performance data. Expanding Capabilities

VOLTX is growing its utility-scale capability, enhancing B2B battery-hybrid supply, and developing AI-forward monitoring for predictive maintenance. The company also supports rural electrification—deploying solar pumps and small hybrid systems to reduce farmers’ diesel use and increase irrigation reliability.
