SolSetu Media Syndication Terms & Conditions
These Media Syndication Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of renewable energy news content provided by SolSetu through its media syndication services, including API-based delivery.
1. Scope of Service
SolSetu provides approved partners access to verified renewable energy news and editorial content for syndication on approved platforms, subject to these Terms.
2. Editorial Ownership
All syndicated content remains the intellectual property of SolSetu or its licensed contributors. Syndication does not transfer ownership or exclusive rights to partners.
3. Permitted Use

- Mobile applications

4. Attribution

5. Access, Limits & Fair Use
Media syndication access is usage-limited, time-bound, and subject to fair use policies. SolSetu reserves the right to modify access limits to ensure platform stability and editorial integrity.
6. Billing & Payments
- Billing is consolidated on a monthly basis
- Invoices must be settled within agreed timelines
- Continued access is subject to payment compliance
7. Suspension or Revocation of Access
SolSetu reserves the right to suspend or revoke syndication access in cases of:
- Non-payment or delayed payment
- Misuse or abuse of syndicated content
- Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
- Technical or security risks
8. Compliance & Responsibility
Partners are responsible for ensuring that their use of syndicated content complies with applicable copyright laws, platform policies, and local regulations.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate syndication access with prior notice. Outstanding invoices or payment obligations remain payable after termination.
10. Changes to These Terms
SolSetu may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of media syndication services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
